This architectural proposal’s location is on the southernmost region of the continental USA, a secluded retreat placed among Art Deco, Conch and modern architecture of Key West. During the project, the endeavor has constantly been to reorganize and conserve the existing 1950’s modernist concrete structure and at the same time infuse new contemporary features, creating a timeless place and atmosphere together with the vicinity.
